Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 3–5 business days for non-customized items

  • Processing days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Shipping Rates (U.S. Only)

  • Orders up to $199: Flat-rate shipping — $7.00

  • Orders over $200: Free standard shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via USPS.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Golden Thread Needlepoint Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.
If an issue arises, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our needlepoint canvases and accessories:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We care about your satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at

  3. If applicable, we will send a replacement as soon as possible

Order Cancellations

  • Physical Items: Cancellable within 24 hours of purchase. Email:

  • Digital Downloads (charts, stitch guides):
    All sales are final — no cancellations or refunds.

Additional Information

  • Sales Tax: We currently collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida.
    Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Orders:
    Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and any additional charges.
    Please consult your country’s customs office for more details.
